I just have no idea what this weird green protuberance on the back of the parking ramp, is meant to be! But it LOOKS sort of nifty, I suppose.

I'm guessing that "parking ramp" is in fact 'american' for a car park??????
It is certainly an odd looking green 'thing' though.
Actually... Brit: "Car Park" is Yank: "Parking LOT"
A Yank "Parking RAMP" is a Brit: "Multi-storey car park"
But... Yeah... "Certainly odd looking" is a good description.
